## Truth

Control is the grip that tries to secure the outcome — people, timeline, certainty. It is often fear at work; pride, habit, and the idol of outcome can drive it too. Name the driver. Stop securing what only God can rule. Do your part. Leave the rest to the Lord.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.

Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never permit the righteous to be moved.
