Everything flows from the heart. Guard what you take in and what you say.
Before you speak: does this build up, or only dump heat?

Prayer

When you do not have the words.

Lord, guard my mouth and keep my heart. Amen.

Truth

When you can read deeper — Scripture-rooted steel.

Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.

Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips!

Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
