- Joy that dies with the outcome was never rooted in God.
- Speak one true thing about God that does not depend on them.
- Grief is allowed. Bitterness as identity is not.
Prayer
When you do not have the words.
- Lord, restore Your joy. Be my strength. Amen.
Truth
When you can read deeper — Scripture-rooted steel.
The fruit of the Spirit is joy.
Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.
These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
