## Under fire

- Take the thought captive. Obsession is not revelation.
- Bring the cares to God. Pray. Do not feed the loop.
- Capture it. Replace it with truth. Take the next right step.

## Prayer

Lord, I release the replaying mind. Amen.

## Truth

We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable… think about these things.

When the cares of my heart are many, Your consolations cheer my soul.

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.
