Don’t bottle feelings. Let them flow.

Take care of your body and mind.

Bad decisions and mistakes do not define who you are.

Boundaries protect. They do not punish.

Faults on both sides do not cancel the other.

You can own your part and still refuse to be used or abused.

Good and bad moments are weather. Not decisions. A good hour is not the answer. A bad hour is not the end.

Watch what is kept, not what is said. What holds is the truth.

For each will have to bear his own load.

Aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you.

So then each of us will give an account of himself to God.

If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.

Let what you say be simply “Yes” or “No”; anything more than this comes from evil.
