First principle
Presence Without Control
Relax. Be present. Don’t take or force control of the present or the future.
This hour
Under fire
The next right hold — walk this hour.
- Relax. Be present — listen, wait for responses, talk less; don’t form a reply while they are speaking.
- Don’t force the present or the future — that is control (often fear, not only fear). Exist in the moment; the future is unknown.
- When the urge hits: “This is the old hook.” Capture it to Christ. Next right thing in front of you.
Prayer
When you do not have the words.
- Father, I release this grip. I am present under You. Amen.
Truth
When you can read deeper — Scripture-rooted steel.
Forcing the present or the future is control — often fear, not always only fear. Presence is not control. Show up cleanly; do not manage the outcome. When the war is person, fear, grip, and ledger — stand on The Line. When a memory or pain wave hits — use Pain Interrupt.
Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!
Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.
