4. 4 Wave — When memory or pain surges: notice, own your state, return to what is in front of you.
5. 5 Replay — Obsession is not revelation. Stop feeding the loop.
6. 6 Fear — Name the fear — loss, alone, future. Then trust God.
7. 7 Grip — Stop securing their heart, the timeline, the outcome. Do your part. Leave the rest.
